Good to know

Play packs and the Monthly Play Pass

Buy a 5-visit or 10-visit play pack for occasional families, or the Monthly Play Pass for prepaid visits that renew each billing cycle. You can also pay by card per open play session. Manage or cancel a pass from the parent portal.

Check-in and check-out

Parents or guardians check kids in at the front desk. Staff confirm who is on the roster for that open play window and who has already paid or redeemed a play pack credit.
