Refund & Cancellation Policy

<p>This Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and rebooking are handled by The Hangout Zone.</p><p><br></p><p>If you need to cancel a reservation or program registration, please contact us as soon as possible. <strong>All cancellations are non-refundable.</strong> However, amounts paid may be applied as a <strong>credit toward a future booking within six (6) months of the original scheduled date</strong>, subject to availability. Any unused credit will expire after the six-month period and has no cash value.</p><p><br></p><p>Certain programs, special events, or promotions may have different cancellation or rebooking terms, which will be communicated at the time of registration or booking. If The Hangout Zone cancels a program or reservation, we will communicate the available options, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or a refund, as applicable.</p>
