<p>By registering for a program, event, or service offered by The Hangout Zone ("THZ," "we," or "us"), you agree to the following:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Registration &amp; Payment</p><p>Registration is not confirmed until payment is received, unless a pay-later option is expressly offered and selected. All registrations and bookings for children must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Cancellations &amp; Rebooking</p><p>All customer cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Amounts paid may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within six (6) months of the original scheduled date, subject to availability. Unused credits expire after six months and have no cash value. Certain programs, special events, or promotions may have different cancellation or rebooking terms when specifically stated at the time of registration.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Behavior &amp; Safety</p><p>Participants are expected to follow staff instructions, safety rules, and behave respectfully toward other participants and staff. The Hangout Zone reserves the right to restrict participation or require pickup of a participant for unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Program &amp; Schedule Changes</p><p>The Hangout Zone may modify schedules, activities, staffing, or program details when reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Waiver &amp; Policies</p><p>Participation may require a completed Parent/Guardian Waiver, Release &amp; Media Consent. By registering, you also acknowledge The Hangout Zone's applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy.</p><p><br></p><p>6.
