What is a staff seat?

A staff seat is one staff login. If someone needs to sign in to manage registration, rosters, payments, or birthday parties, they need a seat.

The goal is simple: pick the plan that matches how many people need access right now. If you choose wrong, you can change plans any time.

Owners do NOT count as staff seats.
Only staff who need their own login count (instructors, front desk, admins, customer service).
Parents/guardians do not use staff seats.
Additional staff seats can be added for $7 / month per seat.

“If you have 1 owner, 2 front desk staff, and 4 instructors who log in, you need 6 staff seats.”

Tip: You can create staff profiles for scheduling or records. Seats are only used when you give someone a login.
