Approximate fees per successful payment using 2.9% + $0.30 for cards and 0.8% for ACH Direct Debit ($5.00 cap per transaction). Actual Stripe invoices may vary slightly. ProgramChamp does not add processing fees on top of Stripe.
Optional ACH tuition incentives let you offer a percent or fixed discount at checkout when families pay by US bank account (configure in Payment settings; card payments keep the standard amount). Stripe bills processing fees to your connected account, not on your ProgramChamp subscription. Bank payments take a few business days to clear. (Stripe card pricing, Stripe US bank debits).

What is a staff seat?
A staff seat is one staff login. If someone needs to sign in to manage registration, rosters, payments, or birthday parties, they need a seat.
The goal is simple: pick the plan that matches how many people need access right now. If you choose wrong, you can change plans any time.
- Owners do NOT count as staff seats.
- Only staff who need their own login count (instructors, front desk, admins, customer service).
- Parents/guardians do not use staff seats.
- Additional staff seats can be added for $7 / month per seat.
