1. Who We Are

ProgramChamp is a service provided by SiteLifters, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). We help small to mid-size kids’ activity businesses manage registrations, reporting, and communications with parents.

2. Using ProgramChamp

• You must be at least 18 years old or authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login information secure.

3. Accounts & Billing

• ProgramChamp offers subscription plans billed monthly.
• By signing up, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method via Stripe.
• No refunds are provided. Canceling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Use ProgramChamp in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Respect the privacy of participants and guardians in your programs.

5. Content & Data

• Organizations own their content and participant information.
• ProgramChamp may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics.
• We do not share individual children’s data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.

6. Third-Party Services

ProgramChamp integrates with Stripe, Google Analytics, and HubSpot. By using our services, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect information according to their policies.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You may cancel your account at any time; future billing will stop immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProgramChamp is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nassau County, New York.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes.
