1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and organization details.
• Participant information: names, ages, and guardians’ contact info entered by customer organizations using ProgramChamp.
• Business and marketing information: details you provide on forms (such as free trial or contact forms), and related business contact information we use for sales and customer communications.
• Usage information: how you interact with ProgramChamp, collected via tools such as Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve our service.
• To communicate product updates, onboarding help, support messages, and promotional messages about ProgramChamp (including via HubSpot).
• For analytics, measurement, and internal business purposes.
• For advertising and remarketing about ProgramChamp, including matching our customer and prospect lists to advertising platforms as described below.

3. Sharing Information With Third Parties Who Perform Services on Our Behalf

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share personal data with third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to help us run ProgramChamp and our business. These providers are only authorized to use the information as needed to perform services for us, such as:

• Payment processing: Stripe (and related payment infrastructure).
• Customer relationship management and email: HubSpot.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.
• Advertising and customer list matching: Google (including Google Ads Customer Match and related advertising services). We may upload customer or prospect information (for example, email addresses, phone numbers, and/or names and addresses), often in hashed form, so Google can match those records to Google accounts and help us show ProgramChamp ads, measure campaigns, and comply with Google’s advertising policies. Google uses this information for matching and policy compliance as described in Google’s terms and policies for Customer Match.
• Hosting, infrastructure, and operational vendors that support delivery of our website and application.

These third parties process personal data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them. Children’s and participant data entered by a customer organization is used to operate the service for that organization and is not used by ProgramChamp for ProgramChamp’s own Customer Match advertising lists.

4. Advertising Audience and Consent

ProgramChamp’s advertising, remarketing, and Customer Match activities are directed to businesses and contacts in the United States and other markets outside the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We do not intentionally target or market ProgramChamp to individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland with personalized ads, and we do not operate an EU cookie-consent or EU personalized-ads consent flow for that purpose.

If our practices change so that personalized advertising or Customer Match is directed to those regions, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any consent or disclosure steps required by applicable law and applicable Google policies (including Google’s EU User Consent Policy) before doing so.

You may opt out of ProgramChamp marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Google also provides ad personalization controls in your Google Account settings.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data.

6. Your Rights

• You can update or delete your account information through ProgramChamp or by contacting us.
• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• For privacy questions or requests about personal data we hold about you as a ProgramChamp customer or prospect, contact us at info@programchamp.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The Effective Date above will be updated when we make material changes.
