What's new in ProgramChamp™

Looking for a class waitlist, monthly tuition, camp registration by the week, or birthday party booking? This page lists what ProgramChamp™ already does, grouped by month, in the same words owners use when they search.

We opened to customers in February 2026. Everything on this page is available now.

October 2026

What to bring for class

List what parents should bring, such as a leotard, shoes, a lesson book, or a gi. They see What you'll need when they register and in the parent portal. The list is not added to the card total. If you sell the item yourself, charge it as a fee instead.

Pay for a class with a punch card

A class can take punches from a class pack. You set how many punches that class uses.

September 2026

Birthday parties without running classes

Parties Only is $29 a month if you book birthdays and do not run classes. Class plans cover registration and parties together. Compare both on the pricing page.

Sign up for camp by the day

Parents can buy the whole camp or single days, and you can offer before and after care. See summer camp registration if camps are what you searched for.

Online registration page for parents

One public page for class sign-up and party booking, with your logo, colors, and fonts. Parents use the link you share.

Add a fee at checkout

Add a booking fee on parties, class packs, and classes. Card processing fees are separate and explained on the pricing page.

Parents pick a party time

Parents choose a start time while your party room is open. You are not limited to one fixed slot.

Party discount code

Staff can apply a discount code when they book a party for a family.

Party waiver link

The booking email can include a link so a guest signs the waiver without making an account.

Parent feedback after a party

After the party, parents can leave feedback from the parent portal.

Refund a payment

Staff can refund a payment, or remove class-pack credit a family has not used.

Sibling discount

Set a discount when more than one child from the same family registers.

August 2026

Quote a private party

Send a quote with your own time, price, and deposit, then book it like any other party.

Book open play or drop-off

Parents pick when a visit starts and how long to stay, including drop-off. Read the indoor playground software page if that is your business.

Share a class pack with siblings

Choose whether brothers and sisters can use the same punch card. Some packs bill every month. A class can be paid by card or with punches.

Sign a waiver after they register

Collect a signature after sign-up, and set a form to expire when it should be signed again.

Pickup photo

Save a parent photo so the front desk can check who is picking up.

Block party dates

Close dates when you are not taking birthday party bookings.

July 2026

Take attendance on your phone

Take roll during class on a phone, then download a finished roll call as a PDF.

Switch from Jackrabbit or iClassPro

Bring families, class sign-ups, and attendance history over from Jackrabbit Class, iClassPro, or ClassJuggler. If you are comparing a move, read the Jackrabbit alternative or the iClassPro alternative.

Waiver checkboxes

Put required and optional boxes on a waiver, with a short note parents can read before they sign.

Pick your monthly tuition charge day

Choose the day of the month that new tuition charges run.

Different class time each weekday

A weekly class can meet at a different time on Monday than it does on Wednesday.

Track skills and move-ups

Start from a skill list and mark progress in class, including who is ready to move up.

Prorate tuition when a student starts late

Charge a smaller amount when a family joins after the class or camp has already started, including deposits and payment plans.

Email yourself a registration report

Compare time periods, see who stayed and who dropped, and have a report emailed on a schedule.

Copy a class

Duplicate a program, with or without its classes, when you set up the next season.

Discount for paying by bank account

Offer a lower price when a family pays tuition by bank account (ACH) instead of a card. Processing rates are on the pricing page.

June 2026

Turn online registration on or off

Open a class for online sign-up, or hide it without deleting it. Parents see the price before they enroll.

Download a skill progress report

Mark skills during class, undo a move-up, and download a PDF of that child's progress. Useful for gymnastics gym registration and other programs with levels. Watch the skill tracking demo. Parents can book their own makeup only on a lesson pack, not on a regular weekly class.

May 2026

Party request before they pay

Parents can ask for a birthday party time before anyone takes a card. You can hold that time and turn the request into a booking. Party requests and class messages sit in one inbox.

Approve a student before they pay

A class can wait for your review before the family pays. That fits tryouts, teams, and any class you do not want to sell on the spot.

See what a family owes

Parents can see the balance still due for their household, including in emails around sign-up.

April 2026

Book a birthday party online

Take a deposit, set a guest count, send a waiver, remind the family, and check guests in on party day. Parents can cancel or move the party within your rules. A chosen time can be held while they finish checkout. Promo codes work at party checkout.

Summer camp registration by the week

Parents sign up for one or more weeks of a multi-week camp. Your staff see those dates grouped by week. More on summer camp registration.

Weekly classes, private lessons, open play, and camps

The same account can sell weekly classes, private lessons, open play, workshops, and camps. Open play can include more than one child on the same visit. Sign-up can show extra fees, a deposit, and your cancellation policy before checkout.

Dance, music, martial arts, and art

Dance studio registration, music lesson scheduling, martial arts class registration, and art class registration use the same sign-up tools, and you can add party booking when you want it.

March 2026

Sell punch cards or class packs

Parents buy a pack and use the punches for lessons, classes, or open play. The front desk can sell a pack during sign-up if they are short. Parents see the remaining punches in their account.

Register more than one child at once

One checkout can cover more than one child and more than one class, online or at the front desk.

February 2026

This is the month we opened ProgramChamp™ to customers. Class registration included capacity limits and waitlists from the start.

Class registration and waitlist

Parents sign up online. When a class is full, the next family on the waitlist can be offered the spot. That is the core of class registration for kids activities on this site.

Monthly tuition and payment plans

Bill an ongoing class every month, or split it into a payment plan. Monthly tuition follows the class price on a schedule. Staff can clear what is left when a family should not be charged the rest.

Sales tax, Zelle, Venmo, and QuickBooks

Parents pay you through Stripe. Sales tax can follow the location. Staff can record Zelle or Venmo when you take those outside the card form. You can export orders to QuickBooks Online.

Online waivers

Send a waiver for a class or a party, including one signature per child when you require it. A party can be paid online or marked pay later.
